About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who excels in effective communication and time management to join our team.
Key responsibilities: 1. Overseeing day-to-day operations at interior sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.2. Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.
3. Managing and coordinating carpenters and vendors to ensure work is completed to company standards.
4. Monitoring progress and quality of work to ensure it meets company and client expectations.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during execution to keep projects on track.
6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project progress, expenses, and any changes that occur.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe work environment for all involved.
