We believe coding improves logical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling children to become creators of the future. 🎯 The Opportunity We’re looking for passionate Coding Instructors who believe in our mission and have the expertise to teach coding to young learners. You’ll join a growing community of educators who make coding accessible, exciting, and meaningful for students across India and beyond. 💼 What You’ll Do Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate Inspire curiosity - help students discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites from an early age Assess and guide - track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedback Engage with parents - conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns Grow as an educator - participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates ✅ What We’re Looking For Must-Have: Graduate in CS / IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent) Strong programming fundamentals - comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.) Excellent English communication - clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners Reliable setup - laptop/desktop with camera, microphone
