Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to maintain optimal stock
levels.
Identify opportunities to streamline the supply chain and reduce costs without compromising
quality.
Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize shipping costs and delivery times.
Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate shipments and ensure ontime delivery to
customers.
Resolve any issues or delays related to transportation and logistics operations.
Conduct regular audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify areas for
improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
and technologies.
Establish quality control standards and procedures to maintain product quality throughout the
shipping process.
Collaborate with other departments such as accounts sales and customer service to align
operational activities with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and address operational challenges effectively.

Detailoriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
