About the job
We are looking for a fresher accountant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting activities related to the US staffing business. The candidate will be trained in billing, payroll accounting, and basic US staffing finance processes. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in the US recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities: A. Billing and invoicing support:1. Prepare client invoices based on consultant timesheets
2. Verify billing details as per contracts
3. Maintain invoice records and supporting documents
4. Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups B. Payroll and payments support:
1. Assist in payroll data preparation
2. Help process vendor and consultant payments
3. Maintain salary and payment records C. Accounting and finance:
1. Enter journal vouchers and expenses
2. Maintain general ledger data
3. Assist in bank reconciliation
4. Support month-end closing activities D. Compliance and records:
1. Maintain proper accounting documentation
2. Support internal audits and reporting
3. Follow company accounting policies E. Reporting:
1. Prepare basic MIS reports (billing, expenses, and collections)
2. Update Excel trackers for management
Skill(s) required
MS-Excel MS-Office Tally
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements
1. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
2. Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables – preferred)
3. Willingness to learn US staffing and payroll processes
4. Good communication skills
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to work in a team environment
7. BCom/MCom/BBA/MBA (Finance)
8. Freshers with accounting internship experience preferred

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
