Analog Design Engineer

Job Overview Seeking an experienced Analog Layout Engineer with hands-on expertise in 5nm technology. The role requires a strong individual contributor who can independently handle complex analog/mixed-signal layout design from concept to tape-out. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end layout design for analog/mixed-signal blocks (PLL, ADC/DAC, LDO, bandgap, etc.) Perform floorplanning, matching, routing, and parasitic optimization Ensure DRC/LVS/ERC compliance and high-quality tape-out deliverables Work closely with circuit/design teams for layout optimization and debug Support post-layout verification and silicon validation Strong Individual Contributor Independently drive complex layout tasks with minimal supervision Take full ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables Proactively solve layout challenges and make design decisions Provide technical support/mentorship when needed Required Skills 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal layout Experience in advanced nodes (5nm preferred) Strong knowledge of matching, parasitics, and layout techniques Hands-on with Cadence Virtuoso and verification tools
