Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold an MCA in a relevant field with demonstrated capabilities in STEM education (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in STEM disciplines, specifically Robotics, to foster student engagement and understanding (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in curriculum design, enhancing the educational framework with innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Expertise in instructional technology, effectively integrating digital tools to supplement traditional teaching methods.
- Hands-on laboratory experience, facilitating practical understanding and application of theoretical concepts in robotics.
- Strong mentorship and advising skills, guiding students' academic and personal growth with empathy and insight.
- Adept at STEM program assessment, evaluating educational initiatives to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic educational experience for students.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum content for Robotics and STEM subjects, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and laboratory sessions, employing innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.

- Guide and mentor students, providing academic support and career advice to help them achieve their personal and educational goals.

- Organize and lead extracurricular STEM activities, promoting student interest and participation in STEM fields.
