About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn about machinery and its operation
2. Manage office activities and track the inward and outward movement of machinery stock
3. Repair sanding machines and maintain their operating condition
4. Visit client sites to install machinery
5. Guide customers through video calls to resolve issues they encounter
6. Demonstrate machinery using clients' products at the office
7. Assist with packing machinery and parts for courier dispatch using wooden crates and cartons
8. Assist with dispatching materials through logistics providers, including booking shipments and obtaining lorry receipts (LRs)
