About the job

This is a core execution role. Designed for action-oriented professionals, this highly practical position immerses you in live projects from day one moving beyond theoretical HR to drive real hiring outcomes. You will interact directly with candidates, coordinate seamlessly with clients, and gain broad exposure to multiple industries and hiring strategies. Performance is measured by execution quality, speed, and stakeholder management, with high performers quickly advancing into ownership-driven client management and consulting roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies across platforms, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and shortlisting suitable profiles.
2. Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, including interview scheduling and sharing regular updates on recruitment progress.
3. Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system, monitor recruitment pipelines, and prepare detailed HR and recruitment activity reports.
4. Support onboarding processes by managing employee documentation, employment contracts, HR policies, and employee records.
5. Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures throughout the employee lifecycle.
6. Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal training initiatives, and overall HR operations.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations. Relevant internships will also be considered.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively assess candidates based on role requirements.

3. Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

4. Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of spreadsheets and HR tools. Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed will be an added advantage.

5. Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

6. Passion for HR: Strong interest in building a long-term career in HR consulting and people operations.
