About the Internship

Accesco Living is looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns who are interested in building practical experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. This internship provides an opportunity to work on real recruitment activities and gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various internship and job openings.
• Post job and internship opportunities on recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related activities.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects.

Eligibility

• Freshers and final-year students from any discipline can apply.
• Students pursuing HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
