AI Technical Product Manager

Description : Excellent written and spoken English is non-negotiable. You will lead technical conversations with UK leadership and enterprise clients, manage a distributed team, and write detailed technical specifications.About the Role : You will own end-to-end product delivery for a UK PropTech platform transforming how construction handovers are managed.This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will : - Run the product roadmap and lead a small team (1 senior backend engineer, 1 mid-level full stack engineer)- Personally ship front-end features using agentic AI coding workflows- Design AI-native architecture and build MCP servers for Claude integrations- Work directly with the CEO to turn business strategy into technical realityYou must already be AI-native using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agents as your primary development methodology. We are not looking to teach you the basics.What You'll Do : Lead AI-first development : - Design agentic coding workflows : agent development, agent testing, human review cycles- Build and optimise MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers connecting the platform to Claude- Write specifications that both AI agents and human engineers can execute against- Continuously improve prompt engineering and agent output qualityOwn product and team : - Drive the roadmap and sprint planning across strategic AI initiatives (Hugo chatbot, document intelligence, defect triage)- Lead daily standups across Australia (engineers), UK (CEO), and India (you)- Manage the DevOps board and maintain high delivery velocity- Collaborate with team members who are shareholders with deep platform knowledgeShip code : - Frontend : Angular, TypeScript, CSS- Backend : .NET on Azure- AI/ML : Azure Document Intelligence, Azure ML, image analysisEngage enterprise clients : - Join technical conversations with enterprise clients and integration partners (Salesforce, Procore)- Translate technical capabilities for non-technical stakeholdersWhat You Must Have : - 5+ years in AI/ML with hands-on LLM implementation (production, not side projects)- Enterprise-grade Azure experience Document Intelligence, Azure ML, image analysis (must be production enterprise, not personal projects)- Currently using AI agents as your primary coding workflow (demonstrable)- Strong full stack skills : Angular, TypeScript, CSS, .NET- Production experience shipping document intelligence or ML features- Track record managing technical teams and product delivery in fast-paced environments- Ability to write detailed technical specs and architecture decisions- Self-directed ownership mindset you take full accountability without hand-holdingNice to Have : - MCP server development experience (highly valued cutting-edge)- Claude / Anthropic tooling and agentic coding frameworks- PropTech, construction tech, or similar regulated industry background- Previous Technical Product Manager or Solutions Architect role with hands-on coding- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones- Native iOS/Android app deployment (wrapped web apps)Setup You'll Need : - Laptop / desktop with 16GB+ RAM- Stable, high-speed internet- Quiet, professional workspace- Smartphone for communication apps (ref:hirist.tech)
