Location: Remote (India) Reporting to: Founders
About Swades AISwades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.

You've worked in sales ops at an Indian SaaS company running a US sales motion. 24 years of experience. Hands-on GHL experience is a plus; HubSpot or Salesforce ops experience translates fine.
