IIDE - The Digital Business School is seeking motivated individuals for the position of academic sales consultant. In this role, you will interact with prospective learners, assess their academic interests and career objectives, and provide personalised program recommendations. You will be responsible for managing prospective students through the admission funnel and achieving defined sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective students through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career plans, and learning objectives.
3. Recommend suitable IIDE programs based on individual requirements.
4. Communicate program features, curriculum, fee structure, and career prospects effectively.
5. Resolve queries, address objections, and maintain regular communication with interested prospects.
6. Manage the admission pipeline and convert qualified leads into enrolled students.
7. Track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain updated records in the CRM.
8. Achieve individual admission and revenue targets within the assigned timelines.

Key performance indicators (KPIs):

1. 60-80 connected calls per day.
2. 2-3 hours of active talk time per day.
3. Achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets.
4. Consistent lead nurturing and lead-to-admission conversions.
5. Timely CRM updates and effective pipeline management.
