About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet customers in the field and demonstrate Naksha, India's first family financial address book.2. Convert prospects into paid users by explaining product value and subscription plans ( 1,499 to 4,999 per year).
3. Help families complete their financial safety setup efficiently and guide them through onboarding.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
5. Recruit and onboard local agents in assigned areas to expand customer reach.
6. Train and support agents to ensure successful customer activation and engagement.
7. Earn additional incentives based on successful customer conversions and agent activations.
8. Work closely with a structured city team and participate in regular reviews and performance tracking.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, conversions, and field activities.
10. Represent the organization professionally while engaging with customers across your assigned territory.
11. Support growth initiatives and contribute to expanding awareness of the platform.
12. Work towards progression into higher roles, such as city coordinator, based on performance.

Required Skills:
1. Comfortable meeting new people daily and handling field work across the assigned city.
2. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential and considered a strong advantage.
3. Background in Commerce, Finance, or MBA preferred, but strong drive and motivation are more important than a degree.
4. Willingness to work in field-based roles with regular customer interaction.
5. Based in or willing to relocate within any of the 9 active Jharkhand cities.
