Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.About The Job : We are seeking a Developer/Sr. Developer with expertise in UiPath RPA, Python, AWS Bedrock, and Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. The role involves building AI-powered autonomous agents, integrating enterprise systems with cloud services, and delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent business process automation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with experience in RPA, AI-driven automation, and AWS cloud technologies.Essential Job Functions :- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end UiPath RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.- Build Agentic AI solutions and AI agents using Python, integrating LLMs, workflows, memory, reasoning, and tool usage.- Develop and deploy automation and AI services on AWS, including AWS Bedrock, Lambda, EC2/ECS, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge.- Integrate UiPath bots with AI services, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.- Develop scalable Python applications, APIs, microservices, and background automation services.- Optimize automation workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.- Implement logging, monitoring, exception handling, and bot governance.- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and integrate enterprise applications.- Follow DevOps best practices using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and maintain technical documentation.Qualifications :- 4 - 8 years (Bangalore) or 7 - 12 years (Noida) of overall IT experience in hands-on development.- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, REFramework).- Proficiency in Python for automation, AI development, and API integration.- Experience with AWS Cloud, particularly AWS Bedrock, Lambda, EC2/ECS, S3, API Gateway, and Step Functions.- Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, reasoning, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Claude.- Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and enterprise applications.- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development best practices.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently as a hands-on Developer/Sr. Developer and collaborate effectively in Agile teams.
