About the job
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations and provide IT support to employees.
- Maintain company hardware, software, network and systems.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage IT equipment, software licenses and IT assets.
- Monitor system security, backups and data protection.
- Liaise with IT vendors and external service providers.
- Support IT projects, system upgrades and implementation.
- Maintain proper IT documentation and records.
- Provide IT recommendations and support to management.
- Lead and manage the IT team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field .
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience , preferably with management or supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, hardware and software .
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and common IT systems .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Earn certifications in these skills
