Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead end-to-end B2B sales activities, from lead generation to project handover. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with sales expertise to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and project handover.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings (online and in-person).
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation, machine vision, and AI-based solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, ROI analyses, quotations, and value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent Robro Systems at industry events, exhibitions, and customer sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial automation, machine vision, robotics, or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets and managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Ability to calculate and communicate business value and ROI to customers.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI, machine vision, robotics, or industrial automation solutions.
  • Strategic and data-driven sales approach.
  • Experience with OEM sales, channel partners, or manufacturing industries.
