About the job

Job Title: SAP Controller & AI Executive ((For Mines Industry - Corporate Office)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
CTC: Up to 20 LPA
Report To: CFO
Level: Executive
Educational Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Additional certification/knowledge in SAP or AI tools will be an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience post-CA
Experience in SAP controlling/finance modules and exposure to AI-based tools preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee SAP controlling (CO module) and financial processes
Handle budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and variance analysis
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
Work on process automation and AI-driven financial insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and data accuracy
Support implementation and optimization of SAP and AI tools in finance operations
Analyze large datasets to provide strategic business insights
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
Key Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP (FICO / CO module)
Good understanding of AI tools / automation in finance
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects
Exposure to AI/automation tools (Power BI, Python, R, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
