About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Visit pharmacies in your territory and convert them into paid Medlyx subscribers.2. Onboard every new pharmacy setup, inventory upload and staff training within 24-48 hours.
3. Hire MRs and field sales executives for your area.
4. Train your team, set their daily beat plans and drive their targets.
5. Own and achieve the monthly subscription target for your territory.
6. Handle renewals and keep existing pharmacies active and happy.
7. Report daily field activity and market feedback to the founding team.

Other requirements
1. Prior field sales experience in pharma (MR, distribution) or B2B SaaS sold to retail shops.
2. Experience hiring or supervising a small field team.
3. Existing network of chemists, distributors or medical stores in the city.
4. Comfortable with daily field visits and owning a monthly number.
5. Fluent in the local language, plus working Hindi/English.
6. Own two-wheeler and smartphone; daily travel is part of the role.
7. Basic comfort with a smartphone app and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
8. Available to join immediately and based in (or willing to relocate to) the assigned city.
9. Graduate in any stream; B.Pharm / D.Pharm / MBA (Marketing) a plus.
