About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze B2B leads, customers, dealers, business partners, and potential market opportunities.
2. Conduct market research across relevant industries and identify potential business and expansion opportunities.
3. Maintain and analyze structured databases of leads, dealers, company profiles, requirements, and follow-up status.
4. Analyze sales and dealership data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Develop and document Sales SOPs and structured processes for lead generation, dealer onboarding, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
6. Prepare call scripts, trackers, reporting formats, process documents, and other business analysis materials.
7. Identify gaps in existing sales and operational processes and recommend improvements.
8. Analyze dealership performance, orders, payment updates, and sales activities to support business decisions.
9. Research commercial leasing, contract manufacturing, private-label manufacturing, and third-party production opportunities.
10. Gather and organize information related to business requirements, technical specifications, commercial terms, documentation, and compliance requirements.
11. Prepare business opportunity reports and presentations for management review.
12. Track key activities, lead progress, follow-up schedules, pending actions, and business opportunities.
13. Coordinate with management and internal teams to gather requirements and support the implementation of process improvements.
14. Use Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant business tools to maintain databases, analyze information, and prepare reports.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good research and analytical skills.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

7. Ability to organize information and prepare structured reports.

8. Comfortable with calling, online research, and professional follow-ups.

9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work on multiple projects.

10. Ability to work from the Bhopal office
