Media Manager
The Starter Labs
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators
2 . Create and execute innovative media plans across digital platforms, including but not limited to display advertising, social media, video, search, programmatic, email, and other emerging channels
3. Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting-edge source for digital media strategy
4. Monitor and optimize campaigns to stay within budget constraints
5. Tailor media plans to resonate with different audience segments
6. Analyze campaign performance data for insights on impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to identify strengths and opportunities
7. Optimize the media mix to strike a balance between different channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of media plans and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors
10. Act as first-level POC for client escalations and Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark against competitors' strategies, and implement best practices
11. Stay abreast of the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively recommend new opportunities and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
1 2. Conduct weekly team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving on client-side and internally
13. Work with the L&D team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies
14. Promote a culture of research and self-development within the team while organizing regular one-on-one feedback discussions with team members
15. Hire capable, independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately
1 6. Establish strong relationships with clients to understand clients' satisfaction with media campaigns requirements and objectives
17. Prompt replies to emails by self and team
18. Ensuring accurate and complete information is provided to the creative team
19. Ensure timely resolutions of client and internal feedback
20. Ensure following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.
