As an Agency Sales Manager , your role is to oversee and manage the operations of an agency or branch office within a company. Responsibility : - Lead and motivate a team of agents, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals. - Drive the sales efforts of the agency by setting ambitious targets, developing sales strategies, and implementing effective marketing initiatives. - Conduct training sessions or arrange external training programs as necessary. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders. - Set ambitious sales targets for the agency network and monitor performance.
