Business Development Executive Internship
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with students, colleges, universities, and corporate partners.
- Explain Gyansify's internship, training, and certification programs.
- Conduct counselling sessions and guide students regarding career opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
- Represent Gyansify at seminars, workshops, and educational events.
Requirements:
- Graduation and a Bachelor's degree (any stream) or pursuing final year.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- English and Hindi communication.
- Lead generation and sales skills.
- Presentation and relationship-building skills.
