About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.2. Coordinate and supervise housekeeping to maintain office cleanliness and hygiene standards.
3. Monitor housekeeping schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for employee office administration concerns.
5. Resolve office infrastructure issues, including Wi-Fi, seating, workstations, stationery, pantry, and maintenance.
6. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and administrative support.
7. Take ownership of office-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
8. Conduct regular office inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
9. Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage procurement requirements.
10. Ensure a safe, organized, and employee-friendly office environment.
11. Support HR and operations teams with administrative activities as required.
