Associate Healthcare Community Contracting

Amgen seeks an Associate to manage healthcare community contracting and compliance operations, overseeing contract processing, payment verification, and regulatory adherence for U.S. healthcare arrangements. The role requires coordination across legal, finance, and sourcing teams to ensure accurate contract execution and timely payments.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate healthcare community contracts including fee-for-service and consulting arrangements
- Maintain contract documentation, coordinate execution, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and manage payments while resolving discrepancies with providers
- Collaborate with sourcing, accounts payable, and legal teams to streamline financial and contracting processes
- Review proposed arrangements in compliance system and support staff with questions or technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 3-5 years of contracting, paralegal, or financial accounting experience
- Proficiency with SAP software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, contractual legal principles, and supply chain procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and escalate issues effectively
