About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot high quality social media content for Rie Beauty, including product textures, swatches, application, product demonstrations, founder-led videos and everyday use content.
2. Create visually engaging content across formats, including Reels, Stories, product videos, stills and other social-first assets.
3. Translate creative briefs and content ideas into strong visual executions that align with Rie's brand identity.
4. Plan and execute content shoots, including shot lists, setups, backgrounds, lighting, framing and product styling.
5. Capture Rie's products accurately on camera, with close attention to shades, textures, finishes and application.
6. Work closely with the Social Media & Brand Executive, performance marketing team and wider team to create content and creative assets required across social media, paid campaigns, website, product launches and other brand requirements.
7. Edit Reels, Stories and other short-form videos into polished, platform-ready content.
8. Turn raw footage from product shoots, founders and creators into engaging content aligned with the creative brief.
9. Design static posts, carousels, Story creatives and other social media graphics in line with Rie's visual identity.
10. Create digital creative assets for paid marketing campaigns, working from requirements and briefs shared by the performance marketing team.
11. Design website creatives including homepage banners, promotional banners, product-led creatives and other digital assets as required.
12. Adapt existing content and approved creative assets across different formats, dimensions and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
13. Add relevant text, transitions, graphics, audio and other editing elements while maintaining a clean and consistent brand aesthetic.
14. Take creative feedback and revisions from the team and translate them accurately into final designs and content.
15. Ensure all final creative assets are visually polished, product-accurate, on-brand and ready for use across the required channel.
16. Manage content requirements and deliver finished assets according to the social media calendar and agreed timelines.
17. Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining consistency in quality and brand direction.
18. Organise and maintain a structured library of raw footage, edited content and final creative assets for easy access and reuse across social media, launches, campaigns and paid media.
19. Stay updated on relevant visual styles, editing techniques and social content formats, bringing new execution ideas that are appropriate for Rie's brand.
