What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the friendly voice and helpful hand our clients rely on. On a daily basis, you will:

• Connect with Customers: Comfortably answer incoming phone calls and chat with clients to understand exactly how we can help them.
  
• Keep Things Organized: Create a support ticket for each call and quickly route it to the right person or department so the client gets fast results.
  
• Build Great Relationships: Create trust and lasting connections with our clients through warm, clear, and open communication.
  
• Problem-Solve: Listen to customer concerns, offer helpful solutions or alternatives, and follow up to make sure they are completely happy.
  
• Share Accurate Info: Use our internal tools and guidelines to give customers the right information every time.
  
• Go the Extra Mile: Take that little bit of extra time to make sure our customers feel truly supported and valued.
  
• Help with Basics: Guide customers through simple, basic troubleshooting steps when they run into a glitch.
  

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Requirements)

We are looking for a patient, communicative, and organized individual who enjoys helping people. Ideally, you bring:

• A Background in Helping Others: Previous experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role is a huge plus.
  
• Great Listening Skills: A friendly phone presence and the ability to listen closely to what a customer needs.
  
• People Skills: An adaptable personality that can connect easily with all kinds of people and characters.
  
• Strong Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Multitasking Abilities: The ability to juggle a few tasks at once, prioritize your day, and manage your time well.
  
• Education: Graduate Degree or equivalent.
