Role Overview :As a Software Developer at Placregen, you will operate at the intersection of high-level system architecture and hands-on implementation. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining complex software systems, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains resilient, scalable, and efficient. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into sophisticated technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the performance and reliability of our platforms, ensuring seamless experiences for our users while driving the long-term technical strategy of our product suite.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and develop high-performance software solutions using .NET and Java frameworks to ensure system stability and scalability.- Lead complex system design initiatives, creating modular and maintainable codebases that align with long-term business objectives.- Manage the end-to-end IT project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.- Implement and optimize DevOps pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve the efficiency of the software development lifecycle.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that enhance overall system performance.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade applications using .NET and Java ecosystems, with 5 to 12 years of relevant professional experience.- Proven ability to architect complex distributed systems, with a deep understanding of design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native infrastructure.- Strong proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code, to ensure robust delivery cycles.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with a track record of managing technical projects from conception to production in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Delhi NCR, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
