About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Architect & designer relationship management
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and project leads.
2. Act as the primary point of contact between Wynbee and the architect/design community.
3. Represent the Wynbee brand professionally with premium design firms and clients.

B. Experience center demos
1. Conduct product demonstrations for architects and designers at the experience center.
2. Showcase automation, lighting, and AV solutions through engaging presentations.
3. Refine demo presentations based on customer and partner feedback.

C. Pipeline & referral generation
1. Identify and connect with top design firms and independent architects.
2. Generate qualified project referrals through architect partnerships.
3. Track partner project pipelines and engage at the design stage.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to convert referrals into projects.

D. Workshops & events
1. Plan and conduct workshops, product demonstrations, and technical sessions.
2. Organize networking events to strengthen relationships with the design community.

E. Ongoing engagement
1. Maintain regular communication with architects through updates, case studies, and site visits.
2. Coordinate architect participation in testimonials, project walkthroughs, and case studies.

Other requirements

1. 1+ years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or brand relationship management.

2. Experience in premium interiors, architecture, luxury real estate, or high-end consumer brands is preferred.

3. Comfortable building relationships with architects and designers.

4. Experience conducting client meetings, events, or product demonstrations.

5. Ability to build and maintain a strong referral network.

6. Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented.

7. Comfortable working closely with the founders and taking ownership of responsibilities.
