Role Description The Interior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing commercial interior projects from planning to handover. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The role involves scheduling and tracking deliveries, supervising site activities, conducting inspections to verify workmanship and materials, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The Interior Project Manager will prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, support procurement and logistics, and ensure that design intent is accurately implemented on site.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess strong project management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor interior projects.
• Candidates should possess inspection skills to review site work, finishes, and installations for quality and compliance.
• Candidates should possess logistics management and related expediting skills to handle ordering, tracking, and coordination with suppliers.
• Relevant 4-10 years experience in interior design or construction project coordination, preferably in commercial interiors.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks on site.
• Proficiency with basic office and project tracking tools; familiarity with design or CAD software is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
