Creative Strategist – Meta Ads Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: EST Start Date: Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance-driven advertising—someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and convert. This is a creative-first role, not media buying. You’ll own end-to-end creative strategy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)—from ideation and scripting to testing and scaling high-performing ad creatives, especially leveraging UGC (User-Generated Content). If you’ve worked with high-spend DTC brands, understand winning hooks, and can consistently generate converting ad angles—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead creative strategy for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) across DTC brands Conceptualize high-converting ad angles, hooks, scripts, and storyboards Collaborate with UGC creators to brief, iterate, and scale winning creatives Write performance-driven ad copy tailored for paid social Analyze creative performance and continuously optimize based on data Work closely with media buyers and growth teams to align creative with campaign goals Build and iterate on creative testing frameworks to identify scalable winners Own the creative lifecycle—from idea → execution → optimization → scale Must-Have Requirements Proven experience handling high ad spend accounts Strong creative strategy & ideation skills (angles, hooks, concepts, scripts) Hands-on experience with UGC, static, and video ad creatives Deep understanding of the Meta Ads ecosystem and performance metrics Track record of creating and scaling high-converting creatives Experience working with DTC / eCommerce brands Excellent communication and briefing skills (fluent English required) Ability to think both creatively and ana
