Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Expo Palette LLP events.
2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences and optimize promotional efforts.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company goals and objectives.
4. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
5. Create compelling content for promotional materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to track ROI and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in marketing strategies.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
