Job Title: Project Manager

Location: India -Remote

Shift: 2 PM to 12 AM IST

Job Overview: SoftClouds LLC is looking for Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager

managing application solution implementations, software development, production support or a combination of these

areas as part of a consulting or enterprise organization. This role is client-facing as well as internally facing and is the main

day-to-day contact in managing the SoftClouds’ implementation team and supporting client projects and/or internal

SoftClouds’ projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience, with hands-on project planning, execution, and management with a focus on

scope, schedule, budget and management of client satisfaction. 

• At least8 years of experience with industry standard SDLC based methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and

Hybrid Waterfall/Agile approaches. 

• Experience in managing projects implementing Oracle on-prem and/or Oracle or SDFC Cloud Solutions, with at

least 2 full lifecycle implementations in the role of PM.

• Strong skills related to risk and issue identification and management of mitigating actions

• Experience in planning, execution, and management of Integration and UAT test events, with at least 2 different

projects performing the role of test manager.

• Background and prior experience managing teams as a Business Analyst, Functional or Technical Consultant,

Developer and/or QA tester with demonstrated advancement of increased responsibility and knowledge. 

• Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Organizational Change

Management. 

• Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Train the Trainer and/or End

User Training

• Experience in planning, execution, and management of Big Bang, Incremental and/or Phased releases, with at

least 2 different projects analyzing, producing, and managing a release plan

• Experience in planning, execution, and management of post Go Live production support, with at least 2 different

projects managing post-go live production support, the team and the processes. 

• Experience in managing projects and teams across global locations and engaging via phone and/or text chat

with clients and/or SoftClouds’ team members during non-office hours.

• To provide weekly status reports and other communications to customers and act as a point-person for requests

for information and support. Work with dedicated TM’s, project leads for Project tracking and management

activities. 

• Work with SoftClouds and customer teams to understand business requirements and main custodian of

BRD/Requirements / Traceability Matrix/ Business Analysis /Experience in business analysis, requirements

gathering, and solution design.

• Work with Customers and the Customer teams to schedule delivery of project milestones.

• Enforce professional work ethics and time management 

• Work with TM/Project Lead / Scrum Master for task management and weekly status report preparation. 

• Approval of all projects assigned associates times sheets

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.

• Experience in Project management role, preferably in a SAFe Agile environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and

• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and

oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.

• Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to change and

competing demands.

• Ability to perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.

Education:

• Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field.

• CERTIFICATIONS: Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner /Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) /Certified Scrum
