Job Summary

MNR University is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Cashier professional to manage daily financial transactions, cash handling, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling cash, receipts, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and banking transactions.
• Maintain cash book, ledgers, and accounting records.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
• Reconcile cash and bank statements regularly.
• Assist in fee collection and issue receipts to students.
• Process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate with the finance team for day-to-day accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• M.Com will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts and Cash Handling.
• Experience in an educational institution is preferred.
