About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to joining.2. Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, job portals, and other channels.
3. Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
4. Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
5. Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
6. Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
7. Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
8. Manage recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
9. Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.
10. Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities.
11. Coordinate with management and other departments regarding manpower requirements.
12. Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies and maintain an active candidate pipeline.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
4. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
5. Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
7. Experience in maritime/seafarer recruitment will be an added advantage.
8. Key skills: Recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee onboarding, HR operations, candidate follow-up, MS Excel, communication.
