Growit's commitment to quality, governance, and regulatory compliance has established us as a trusted partner to businesses aiming to scale and thrive in a competitive landscape. 🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Hardware Engineer | Bengaluru, India At GrowIT, we’re building next-generation solutions—and we’re looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer who enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges and building systems that operate reliably in demanding environments. 📍 Location: Bengaluru What You’ll Do Design and develop hardware for sensing systems, including analog front-ends, signal conditioning, and digital communication circuits Implement and optimize industrial communication interfaces (low-speed / single-wire / field protocols) for reliable data transmission Create complex multi-layer PCB designs with strong focus on signal integrity, EMC, and low-power performance Develop transmitter/receiver circuits, including current loop-based systems used in industrial automation Lead board bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools Collaborate closely with firmware and system teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in embedded hardware / industrial automation Strong understanding of protocols like Modbus, IO-Link, 4–20 mA loops, or simi
