Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the agreed turnaround time (TAT) for all assigned tasks.
2. Monitor, categorize, and respond to internal and external emails promptly.
3. Prioritize daily tasks and complete them within defined SLAs.
4. Follow all SOPs to ensure tasks are executed with 100% accuracy.
5. Track task progress and share timely status updates with supervisors.
6. Update and maintain daily efficiency trackers to monitor productivity.
7. Achieve a minimum of 100% efficiency on all productivity metrics.
8. Identify workflow gaps and propose process improvements.
9. Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements and streamline processes.
10. Continuously review work methods to improve speed, accuracy, and overall output.

Other requirements

1. Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills in English.

2. Ability to communicate with UK teams via email or calls.

4. Basic typing knowledge.

5. Strong attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.

6. Ability to work in different teams, learn different types of work, and work in different shifts as per the requirements of the process/business.

7. Open to feedback and willing to adjust processes for improvement.

8. Willingness to learn new skills.

9. Ability to work effectively as a team player.

10. Knowledge of conveyancing or the property industry is desirable, but full training will be provided.

11. Must be a graduate or awaiting final semester results.
