Job Description & Summary: A career within Digital Strategy & Platform Transformation will provide you with the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through defining their technology objectives assessing solution options and devising architectural solutions that help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. We help build software and design data platforms manage large volumes of client data develop compliance procedures for data management and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.
Responsibilities:
The Java Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Java-based enterprise and microservices solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with solution design and delivery ownership. The incumbent will work closely with architects product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time within scope and with high quality.
Provide technical leadership for Java / Spring Boot microservices-based applications.
Review solution designs architecture decisions and code to ensure scalability security and performance.
Guide teams on best practices and NFR implementation
Support resolution of complex technical performance and security issues.
Plan and manage delivery timelines milestones dependencies and risks.
Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines release planning and production readiness.
Ensure appropriate documentation including architecture design and operational runbooks
Track progress manage scope changes and ensure delivery quality
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Communicate delivery status risks and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
Mandatory skill sets:
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on background in Java and Spring Boot microservices.
Solid understanding of REST SOAP GraphQL API design and integration.
Experience with security concepts such as authentication authorization and encryption.
Experience in Relational & NoSQL databases
Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and source code management tools.
Exposure to cloud-native or distributed system architectures.
Functional & Soft Skills
Strong understanding of business requirements and technical solutioning.
Proven experience in effort estimation delivery planning and risk management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred skill sets:
Good to Have Skills
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise or cloud migration programs.
Prior experience as a Technical Lead / Module Lead / Delivery Lead.

Years of experience required:
810 Years with good exposure to Java Architecture and Technical delivery.
Education qualification:
B.E. / / MCA/ M.E/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
