SAP S4/Hana FICO Consultant

Experience : 9 - 12 years Role Overview Codem is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the design, configuration, and support of core SAP Finance processes on SAP S/4HANA (latest versions) . The role involves end-to-end implementation, integration, and production support across Finance and Controlling, with a strong focus on business process alignment and SAP Fiori based execution. Key Responsibilities SAP Finance Configuration & Implementation Design, configure, and support core SAP S/4HANA FI & CO components, including: General Ledger (New GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting & Cash Management Document Splitting and Parallel Ledgers Configure and manage Automatic Payment Program (F110) and bank communication interfaces. Implement and support Tax configurations , including: Indirect Taxes Withholding Tax VAT / TDS Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and support FI integrations with MM, SD, and CO modules. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end financial processes. SAP Fiori & S/4HANA Expertise Strong hands-on experience working with SAP Fiori applications related to FI and CO. Support adoption of S/4HANA best practices and Fiori-based user workflows. Support & Operations Provide daily operational and production support : Analyze incidents and issues Propose and implement configuration changes Ensure system stability and data integrity Project Delivery & Governance Participate in and lead new business initiatives , including: Requirement gathering and business process mapping Configuration documentation and SOP creation Functional specification preparation Uni
