As a Telecaller at Fly Global Travels, you will have the opportunity to showcase your Hindi proficiency and excel skills while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and assisting with booking travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages2. Answer incoming calls and provide information about our services
3. Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in MS-Excel
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
7.
