Your mandate is simple:
Drive student move-ins for assigned properties
Ensure every enquiry is handled with ownership and follow-through
Maintain strong relationship with students and parents till move-in
Support occupancy growth through disciplined follow-ups
This is not just a coordination role.
It is an early-career sales and customer ownership role where you will learn how demand converts into occupancy.

What you will be responsible for
Build Trust with Students & Parents
Introduce yourself confidently and professionally
Understand student requirements such as college location, budget, and duration
Address parent concerns around safety, food, and property standards
Explain property features clearly and honestly
Ensure students feel comfortable choosing Zolo
Support Student Conversion & Move-ins
Handle inbound enquiries through calls, messages, and property visits
Guide prospects through property options that match their needs
Schedule and support property visits
Follow up consistently until move-in confirmation
Ensure students receive clarity on pricing, deposits, and documentation
Maintain Sales Discipline & Lead Tracking
Maintain a database of prospective students and parents
Record interactions and requirements accurately
Track follow-ups and ensure no enquiry is neglected
Maintain clarity on available beds and upcoming vacancies
Support Property Readiness & Occupancy
Ensure assigned beds are ready for new residents
Coordinate with property teams to resolve student concerns
Assist in maintaining smooth move-in experience
Escalate issues early if they affect bookings or occupancy
Learn Sales Thinking & Market Awareness
Understand demand cycles around admissions and semesters
Observe student decision-making patterns
Track occupancy performance of assigned properties
Contribute ideas to improve student conversions
What success looks like after the internship
Consistent contribution to student move-ins
Strong follow-up discipline with minimal missed leads
Clear understanding of how enquiries convert to occupancy
Ability to handle student and parent conversations confidently
Positive feedback from residents during move-ins

Experience we value
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfort interacting with customers over calls and in person
Basic discipline in documentation and follow-ups
Interest in learning sales and customer management
Experience is not mandatory.
