2. Organize and manage site visits by coordinating schedules and ensuring a smooth, convenient experience for prospective buyers.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups to track progress efficiently.
4. Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential clients, promptly resolve their queries, and work towards converting leads into closed deals.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations, proper documentation, and timely closure of transactions.
6. Deliver high-quality customer service by building strong relationships, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering long-term engagement.
