Telecom Hardware Engineer - RFDS Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Telecom Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheet) and telecom site hardware design. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of radio hardware components such as RRU, Antenna, Baseband, Power Systems, feeders, jumpers, cabinets, and related infrastructure , along with hands-on experience with OEM equipment from Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, and/or Samsung. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and validate RFDS documents for new site builds, upgrades, and modernization projects. Design and review telecom hardware layouts including antenna, RRU, baseband, and power equipment placement. Ensure accurate hardware configuration, cable routing, feeder/jumper details, tilt, azimuth, and mounting information. Perform hardware compatibility checks as per OEM standards. Support LTE / 5G site deployments, swaps, and network expansion activities. Coordinate with RF, RAN, field engineering, and deployment teams. Use Python for automation, reporting, or data analysis (preferred). Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in RFDS / telecom site engineering / hardware design . Deep knowledge of RRU, Antenna, Baseband, Power Systems, feeders, cabinets . Experience with Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei / Samsung telecom equipment. Good understanding of LTE / 5G network hardware deployment. Knowledge of site design standards and engineering documentation. Basic to intermediate Python experience preferred. Experience: 5+ Years
