Azure Architect - SecOps

Role Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled MS Azure Architect with a specialized focus on SecOps to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority for cloud security, designing and implementing resilient architectures that protect critical business assets. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, stakeholders, and security operations centers to bridge the gap between cloud infrastructure and advanced threat protection. Your contributions will directly impact the security posture of our clients, ensuring that their cloud ecosystems remain compliant, performant, and shielded against evolving cyber threats.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and deploy secure Azure cloud environments that align with industry best practices and client-specific security requirements.- Manage end-to-end cloud security operations, utilizing Microsoft Defender to proactively identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents.- Implement and configure Microsoft Purview and DLP policies to ensure sensitive data is classified, monitored, and protected across the enterprise.- Automate security workflows and infrastructure provisioning using PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual configuration errors.- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the .Net application lifecycle, ensuring secure coding standards and cloud-native protection.- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain high standards of compliance and risk mitigation for cloud applications.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex Azure cloud architectures with a deep focus on SecOps and cloud security frameworks.- Proven ability to configure and manage Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview to enforce data governance and threat protection.- Strong proficiency in scripting with PowerShell to automate security tasks and manage cloud resources at scale.- Experience in securing .Net-based applications within cloud environments, including the implementation of robust identity and access management.- Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex security requirements into actionable technical designs.- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate security risks and solutions to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Noida, collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success.- Candidates must possess 6 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in cloud architecture and security operations.
