We make conscious decisions to facilitate our work with favorable working conditions and amenities that enable our employees to give their best.About the Role : The individual will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, autonomous agentic AI solutions within production environments, working across multi-agent frameworks and orchestrating large language models. The position is for scalable applied AI, with a focus on delivering robust and fair agentic systems that deliver organizational value, autonomy, and operational efficiency.Responsibilities :- Architect, design, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems, optimizing LLM coordination, memory management, and reliable tool-calling interfaces.- Build and maintain production-grade LLM workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and ADK, optimizing for latency, cost, and inference accuracy.- Integrate agentic workflows into our core application to automate complex financial analysis and intelligent decision-support features.- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge, regression testing for prompts) to debug agent trajectories and guarantee predictable outputs.- Implement strict security protocols and guardrails to mitigate hallucinations, protect sensitive consumer financial data, and comply with financial data privacy regulations.- Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and data platform teams, and guide the technical roadmap for our LLM infrastructure.Requirements :- 5+ years of professional software engineering or data science experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade software systems.- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, ADK or custom equivalents.- Experience designing resilient function-calling mechanics for autonomous agents, with practical experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to connect LLMs with core data layers and microservices.- Experience setting up production-grade LLM observability and evaluation frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, Phoenix, Arize, or OpenTelemetry) to monitor agent trajectories, token spend, latency, and system accuracy.- Prior experience in FinTech, personal finance applications or working with financial APIs is highly preferred.Preferred Skills :- Strong background in advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including hybrid search, vector databases, and integrating Knowledge Graphs (e.g., Neo4j) to enable contextual financial data retrieval.- Experience analyzing financial time-series data, paired with a familiarity or strong interest in professional financial planning frameworks (such as concepts covered in the CFP curriculum) to model complex user financial scenarios.- A history of open-source contributions to AI frameworks, technical writing, or presenting at industry conferences.Location : Ahmedabad (ref:hirist.tech)
