About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Create creative designs for social media, presentations, websites, marketing materials, reports, brochures, and internal communications.2. Develop visually appealing graphics based on brand guidelines and project requirements.
3. Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, infographics, and promotional creatives.
4. Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and business documents where required.
Work closely with the Director, HR, marketing, research, and management teams to understand design requirements.
5. Convert ideas and concepts into creative visual designs.
6. Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity.
Edit and enhance images, photographs, icons, and other visual assets.
7. Create basic motion graphics or short-form video creatives when required.
8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Keep up with current design trends, social media trends, and creative best practices.
10.Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.

Good knowledge of Canva.
