Xcelore - Associate Technical Lead - DevOps

What we're looking for : - 4-6 years of hands-on DevOps experience- Polyglot mindset, comfortable working across multiple cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)- Terraform expertise (mandatory)- Strong working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, etc.)- CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience- Experience building executables (.exe) and automation scripting with PowerShell- Exposure to MLOps pipelines and ML model deployment workflows (good to have)- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and help teams grow- A true sense of ownership, you don't wait to be told, you drive things forward- A growth mindset always learning, always improvingWhat you'll do : - Build and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using Terraform- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines across projects- Create automation tools, scripts, and packaged executables- Support and streamline ML deployment workflows where applicable- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their technical growth- Take end-to-end ownership of DevOps processes from CI/CD to production support- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams, providing technical direction (ref:hirist.tech)
