Introduction : Role : Senior Consultant Technical SCPO Implementation.Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru.About Us : SymphonyAI is a leading enterprise AI solutions provider helping retailers and manufacturers optimize business operations through advanced analytics, planning, and automation solutions.Our products support global organizations in improving supply chain efficiency, inventory performance, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction.We are committed to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients through innovative technology, deep domain expertise, and strong customer partnerships.Job Summary : We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong technical expertise to support the implementation of SymphonyAI SCPO solutions for global retail customers.This is a customer-facing role focused on US retailer rollout support, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and implementation teams.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across enterprise application development, integrations, middleware, databases, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to lead technical workshops, define solution architecture, and support successful implementation and go-live activities.Key Responsibilities : Technical Discovery & Solution Design : - Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with customers to understand current system landscapes, integration needs, and technical requirements.- Design scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with SymphonyAI SCPO capabilities and customer business objectives.- Define architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and deployment approaches for implementation programs.Integration & Technical Implementation : - Support end-to-end integration efforts across enterprise systems, planning platforms, ERP systems, and third-party applications.- Configure and support REST APIs, middleware, messaging systems, and data integration pipelines.- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer IT teams to ensure successful technical implementation.Application Development & Technical Support : - Provide hands-on support across Java, Angular, .NET, shell scripting, and related technologies during implementation activities.- Work with PL/SQL, Oracle databases, UNIX/Linux environments, and middleware platforms such as WebLogic and Glassfish.- Support development and troubleshooting of J2EE, JSP, and web-based application components.Testing, Deployment & Go-Live Support : - Support integration testing, defect resolution, performance validation, and production readiness activities.- Coordinate deployment support, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.- Proactively identify technical risks and ensure timely issue resolution.Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration : - Create technical design documents, integration specifications, environment setup guides, and deployment documentation.- Work closely with customer stakeholders, implementation teams, and internal engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Support knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.- 6-10 years of experience in enterprise application development, technical consulting, or software implementation.- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Angular, .NET, and bash/shell scripting.- Experience working with PL/SQL, Oracle databases, UNIX/Linux, middleware platforms such as WebLogic and Glassfish, and web technologies including J2EE and JSP.- Good understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise application architecture.- Experience supporting integration testing, go-live, and production support activities.- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.- Ability to work in a customer-facing environment and manage multiple technical stakeholders effectively.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Data Lake technologies, Snowflake, Kafka, and cloud-native platforms.- Familiarity with retail planning systems, supply chain applications, or enterprise retail platforms.- Exposure to implementation projects for US-based retailers.- Experience working with large-scale data integration and distributed systems.What We Offer : - Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on high-impact retail transformation programs.- Exposure to leading global retailers and large-scale implementation projects.- A collaborative and fast-paced work environment.- Learning and growth opportunities across supply chain, retail, and enterprise AI solutions.
