Responsible To : Executive Kitchen Steward, Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor, Assistant Executive Kitchen Stewarding. Job Summary: Under the guidelines of the superior maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned area.

ESTABLISHED DUTIES:

To abide by the rules and values of the hotel.
To maintain positive health and preventive and measures to be to be taken to control blood borne diseases.
To maintain clean, hygiene, odourless trash bins free from residue.
To ensure clean, dust free and well lubricated wheels of banquets and rooms carts which should be free from any residue.
To ensure continuous supply of clean dishes and equipment’s.
To maintain clean, hygiene cutter and mixers free from any residue.

Kitchen Steward is a crucial part of the kitchen team, contributing to the overall success of daily operations under the guidance of superiors.
