- Role Description
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation campaigns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate staffing agreements and service contracts.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. Requirements:
1+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing.
Ability to work in U.S. time zones.
Self-motivated and target-driven. Benefits:
