About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.2. Identify potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed),social media, references, and other creative sourcing methods.
3. Assess candidates based on job requirements, communication skills, technical knowledge (for IT roles), and cultural fit.
4. Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
5. Build and maintain a strong database of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
6. Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skills across IT and Non-IT sectors.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
8. Contribute to enhancing the organisation's brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
